Make sure you measure from the middle of your nose to under your chin pass the jawbone for proper sizing.

Size 3-4 fits a middle of the nose to under chin measurement of 3 1/2" and ear to ear measurement of 6 3/4"

Size 5-7 fits a middle of the nose to under chin measurement of 4" and ear to ear measurement of 7 3/4"

Size 8-10 fits a middle of the nose to under chin measurement of 4 1/2" and ear to ear measurement of 8 1/2"

Size 11-12 fits a middle of the nose to under the chin measurement of 5" and ear to ear measurement of 8 1/2"

Size 13-14 fits a middle of the nose to under chin measurement of 5 1/4" and ear to ear measurement of 8 3/4"

Size Adult Small 15-16 fits a middle of the nose to under chin measurement of 5 1/2" and ear to ear measurement of 9 1/4"

Adult fits a middle of the nose to chin measurement of 6" and ear to ear measurement of 9 1/2"

There is a wire nose piece sewn in for a better fit across your nose.

The elastic for around your ears is made longer with a wooden bead for adjustment. No More Sore Ears.
